I realized my need to control was based on a false illusion that I was in control of my life. Truth is that false sense of control is what creates the stress and anxiety I was trying to break up with.

Lol I’m a Millennial also, with a Scorpio Pluto in my 8th house but I’ve also been struggling with my control in general, especially around my home situation and money. It’s definitely a work in progress but just recognizing that control is there is a huge step in the right direction and towards your higher self. Thank you so much for your vulnerability.
I agree! Recognizing and acknowledging that there is control is a huge step in moving forward. You know how many people deny they are trying to control their outcomes. So congratulations to you!!! I’ve been trying to control home and work for years until now I’m finally surrendering. I can’t figure it out and I’m okay with that. I asked the Universe for help so I’m focused on what I can control while I wait. Completing my book was something I wanted to accomplish in this period of wait and that’s been fulfilling. If I can offer any advice, focus on taking the opportunities that will result in fulfillment to align with your desires. At the end of the day that’s all we really can control right? 💕
