Community vs. Client

Substack is not where you are going to find your clients; this is the space for you to build your core community and audience. Think about the YMCA; what kind of third space is your publication?

One thing that I think people don’t realize is that there’s a difference between community and clients. I’m learning that your community is not your clients.
